Patient Access
Patient Access is a convenient way to book routine appointments, order repeat prescriptions and view a summary of your medical record. Patient Access is a 24 hour online service which you can use in your own time day or night.
Using Patient Access, you can now view, book and cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions and see a summary of your medical record at Walton Village Medical Centre from home, work or on the move, or wherever you can connect to the internet.
Patients must register individually as appointments can only be booked for the patient to whom the registration details apply. For more information on how to register please enquire at reception.
All information that is sent to the surgery via Patient Access is secure. Your personal details are encrypted and protected using the highest standard internet security, so it cannot be intercepted. Only you and your GP practice are able to see this information.
Clink on link below for information and a Patient Access Registration form, you will need to print this off and complete before handing into the surgery. Please note patients under 16 years old will only be able to order repeat prescriptions via this service.

If you have lasting power of attorney for Health and Welfare or you are a personal welfare deputy authorised by the court of protection you can apply for proxy access

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. Other ways to sign-up ?
For more information, please contact reception or next time you visit the surgery, bring with you a piece of photo ID (passport, driving licence) and something with your address on like a bank statement but not a gas or electric bill. If you don’t have these, please talk to us and we will help you sign-up
